Editorial team and method
Tom Peeters has followed the Belgian gambling market since 2016 and tries everything first-hand with dice games as a constant point of attention. Based in Antwerpen.
How we test. every test starts with a real account, put an amount in via Bancontact, pull the money out and time the whole route. Every operator goes past the Gaming Commission's white and black lists and recalculate the wagering requirement ourselves.
Our income comes from affiliate commissions; the text above does not depend on it. Even with a well-paying partner the verdict holds.

What the law imposes
The Belgian legislator approaches player protection considerably more strictly than a few years ago and you feel it on the first deposit. Each site automatically applies a €200 weekly ceiling.
The Gaming Commission keeps one central exclusion register in EPIS: after registration no licensed operator grants you access. Registering costs nothing. For casino, gaming hall and betting the bar has been 21 since September 2024; for the National Lottery 18 remained the rule. The bar is statutory, not a house rule.
